At
Trealy Farm we are proud to make unique, authentic and delicious charcuterie
for retail and wholesale outlets both in Monmouthshire and across the
UK.
We combine traditional methods of curing, smoking and
air-drying with innovation and technology inspired by training with
charcuterie makers across Europe. We make British and continental-style fresh
and cooked sausages as well as traditionally cured bacons and hams. But our
range also includes air-dried products rarely made in the UK such as
chorizos, air-dried hams, loins and pancetta and a range of salamis including
our lightly smoked snack-sized ‘snack salami’ and cabanos. Now entering our
third year of production, we are already Great Taste and True Taste award
winners and continue to enjoy supplying some of the best food outlets in the
UK.
We are a family-run farm-based
business that sources its pigs from Trealy Farm or other local farms.
All are free-ranging, fed a natural diet and are traditional
breed, primarily Gloucester Old Spot, Welsh and Saddleback. Other meats
that we use are also reared locally and free-ranging.

Where
to buy our products
Our products are available at a
range of retail outlets including River Cottage Stores at Axminster, Ludlow
Food Centre at Bromfield and many others. You can also order Trealy Farm
Charcuterie direct from the farm (minimum postal order of £50) or we can
arrange local delivery (free within 5 miles). We also sell our products at
the following Farmer’s
Markets:
Monmouth (4th Saturday in the Month) Cardiff Riverside (2nd and 4th
Sundays in the Month) Cheltenham (2nd and last Fridays in
the Month) Bristol Slow Food Market (1st Sunday
